This blog is not a diatribe against women. I have met and heard the tragic stories of many mothers. We both walk in the same well worn and tattered shoes when it comes to PA. Men can be as cruel and abusive to the target spouse and children using Parental Alienation as women albeit, as studies show, in smaller numbers. PA is a function, by and large, of a custodial parent and men get custody less than 10% of the time.

It is a story rather of my very personal journey through Family Law (FLAW) and my experiences in the systemically flawed, dysfunctional arena pitting parent against parent with children as the prize. Due to the personal bias in Family Law that I have observed and been subject to this Blog has evolved from a focus on PA to one of the broader Family Rights arena and the impact of Feminist mythology on Canadian Jurisprudence and the Divorce Industry.

Tyndale: Great Britain needs to sort out the stinking mess of marriage, family law and divorce courts

A good read on the sad state of marriage in the UK. A snippet follows:

Tyndale: Great Britain needs to sort out the stinking mess of marriage, family law and divorce courts

"It’s no coincidence that the demise of marriage has taken place against a background of rising numbers of couples “cohabiting.” New figures also show that almost half of all babies in England and Wales are born outside wedlock.

Can it be right that 46.8 per cent of babies are born to unmarried mothers? And what hope is there for future generations if the trend of having children with whoever you fancy goes unchecked?"
